Visual mode content: disabling generation of data-previewnodepath attributes

In the current version of the XTM Cloud connector, you can control the way that content is exported to XTM Workbench, for use in Visual mode.

To do so, data-previewnodepath attributes can be generated. These can in some cases make the Visual mode output more accurate. Whether they will do so or not will depend on the specific content structure present, and similar factors.

If a Linguist displays content in Visual mode, when translating in XTM Workbench, the data-previewnodepath attributes control the way that the text in it is highlighted. This highlighting is called text decoration.

By default, data-previewnodepath attributes are not generated in XTM Cloud connector, for use in the Visual mode decorating algorithm.

An Administrator can enable generation of these attributes if required. For details of how to specify the method used to enable Visual mode in XTM Workbench, see Advanced Translation Cloud Service settings/Enabling Visual mode in XTM Workbench.
