Obtaining the installation package

If you do not have the installation package that is used to install the XTM Cloud connector in Adobe CRX, you must obtain it and then upload it to Adobe Experience Manager.

To obtain the installation package:
  1. Contact XTM International Support: visit our Support Portal.

  2. Request the appropriate installation package. It will be provided to you by XTM International Support.

  3. Store the installation package in accordance with your company's data storage policies. By default, it is temporarily stored in the Downloads folder on your local computer.

Result: You can now upload the package to Adobe Experience Manager.
