Monitoring job workflow progress in XTM Cloud
A translation job goes through the workflow steps that have been configured in the XTM Cloud project template that was used to create it. Adobe Experience Manager checks the status of pages and assets sent to XTM Cloud. When you view the job status, in Adobe Experience Manager, you can see its current workflow status in XTM Cloud, described in the table below.
Translation jobs that are finished in XTM Cloud are imported back into Adobe Experience Manager:
at regular intervals, configured in Adobe Experience Manager, or
when you open a specific translation project folder in Adobe Experience Manager.
Status | Details |

Approved | Translation project has been accepted. Depending on the project configuration, it can be processed automatically or you can send it for translation in XTM Cloud manually. |
Cancel | If you cancel a job within a project containing one language, the whole project is archived in XTM Cloud. If the project contains multiple languages, only the job containing this particular language is canceled. |
Committed for Translation | The translation service provider has accepted the job and will begin translation. |
Complete | The project owner has indicated that the translation task is finished. |
Draft | Translation job has been created but has not been sent for translation yet. |
Error Update | An error has occurred while files were being transferred between Adobe Experience Manager and the translation service provider. |
Ready for Review | Translated files have been imported back into Adobe Experience Manager. The next step is to reject or approve the translation job. See Accept/Reject Workflow (Adobe Inc. help). |
Rejected | Translation job has been rejected and will be sent back to XTM Cloud for retranslation. |
Scope Completed | The translation service provider has scoped the translation job. |
Scope Requested | Status after the Request Scope command has been issued (see Scoping a Translation Job (Adobe Inc.)). The translation job is with the translation service provider. |
Submitted | Translation job has been sent to a translation service provider. |
Translated | Translation finished. |
Translation In Progress | One or more files in the translation project are being translated in XTM Cloud. |
Unknown State | An unknown error has occurred. |
