Checking and installing XTM Translation Connector OSGi bundles
When you install the XTM Cloud connector installation package, OSGi bundles are also installed. Installation is usually automatic, but it is important to check that these bundles have also been installed correctly. If not, install them manually.
Go to "/system/console/bundles" in your Adobe Experience Manager system. Alternatively, select Tools > Operations > Web Console > OSGi > Bundles.
You see the Adobe Experience Manager Web Console Bundles tab screen. It contains a list of all bundles uploaded to the system, and shows their status in the Status column on the right.
In the search field, above the Id column header on the left, enter "XTM".
Select the Apply Filter button next to the field. The list is filtered and shows only the XTM Translation Connector OSGi bundle names:
com.xtm.translation.connector.xtm-for-aem.api.
com.xtm.translation.connector.xtm-for-aem.core.
com.xtm.translation.connector.xtm-for-aem.rest.openapi.
For each OSGi bundle, look over on the right and check its status, in the Status column:
If the bundle has the status Installed or Active, it is correct. Go to the next step.
If the bundle has the status Inactive or Unsatisfied, it is incorrect: the bundle needs to be installed. See Installing an XTM Translation Connector OSGi bundle.
Note
For details about the different OSGi bundle statuses, see Lifecycle of a bundle (Adobe Inc. help).
Once you have checked that all OSGi bundles are installed correctly, or installed them manually, close the Adobe Experience Manager Web Console Bundles tab screen. To do so, select the Log out button on the top right-hand side of the screen.
In the XTM Translation Connector OSGi packages list, in the Adobe Experience Manager Web ConsoleBundles screen, select the OSGi package name, in the Name column. A details screen containing the package details is displayed.
On the right, select the Install/Update button. An Upload / Install Bundles popup is displayed.
Select the Start Bundle and Refresh Packages options.
Select Install or Update.
Result: The OSGi bundle is installed. The popup closes.
To close the Adobe Experience Manager Web Console, select the Log out button on the top right-hand side of the screen.
