Troubleshooting

From XTM Cloud connector release 2.5.2, some new troubleshooting measures have been implemented to reduce connectivity problems and speed up issue resolution:

  • If there are suspected connectivity problems on the link between your Adobe Experience Manager system and XTM Cloud, you can check the link.

  • If a project fails, you can help XTM International Support to resolve any related issues by sending additional details about the project, along with your support ticket. For details, see Providing advanced debug information to XTM Support.
