Adding language copies to a project
Language copies are the target-language versions of your master site.
In the global Navigation screen, select the Sites icon. You see the Sites screen.
In the left-hand menu, select the dropdown menu. It expands and displays a list of options.
Select References.
In the site listing, select the "[your.page]" > Language Masters folder.
Note
Here, "[your.page]" represents the name of the page for which you want to create a translation project.
Select the source language site hierarchy node for which you want to create a translation project.
In the References menu, select Language Copies. The existing Language copies are listed on the left.
Expand the Language Copies section, on the left, to see the language copies for the selected site.
Select the master site whose content you want to send for translation.
Select Create.
