Checking your Adobe Experience Manager version number
To contact XTM International's Support Team about any queries related to your instance of the XTM Cloud connector, visit our Support Portal. You will be asked for your Adobe Experience Manager version number. You can find it out in any screen.
In any Adobe Experience Manager screen, select the Help icon in the top right-hand corner. The Help popup is displayed,
In the Help popup, select the About Adobe Experience Manager information icon, at the bottom. You see the About Adobe Experience Manager popup.
At the top of the popup, you see the Adobe Experience Manager version number.
Tip
You can mark the Adobe Experience Manager version number in the About Adobe Experience Manager popup and copy it to the Clipboard on your local computer. You can then, for example, paste it into a file, insert it in a Support Ticket on our Support Portal or send it to another recipient such as your own company Support Team.
