Sending projects for translation from the Translation queue

You can only send a translation project for translation if its XTM Status is New. It is only necessary to send a project for translation from the Translation queue if it has not been sent for translation manually in the Add translation popup, or scheduled for automatic sending, according to its project template.,

From the Translation queue, you can use the Actions menu to:

  • send a single project for translation or

  • send one or more projects for translation at the same time.

  • (You can also send a single project for translation via the project's item line context menu.)

To send one or more translation projects for translation, using the Actions menu:
  1. Select the translation project or projects that you want to send for translation. To do so, select the checkbox to the left of the relevant project names.

  2. Select the Actions menu at the top of the screen, on the left.

  3. Select the Send option. A Send popup is displayed and you are prompted to send the project(s) for translation.

  4. In the popup:

    • To confirm that you want to send the project(s) for translation, select Send items.

      Result: a screen message confirms that you have sent them.

    • If you do not want to send the project(s) for translation, select Cancel. The popup closes.
