Detecting and applying content changes in translation projects or items in the Translation queue
If configured in XTM Connect – Sitecore 3.2, source content changes in Sitecore are now detected automatically. You can see that a project or item has changed, in the Translation queue: a warning symbol (exclamation mark) is displayed to the right of the XTM Status column. You can decide whether or not to update an existing translation whenever a new version of a particular content item is created. These items are all individual translation jobs: translation files in specific target languages.
When you update translation projects, or items in them, in the Translation queue, they are resent for translation. You must update translation projects manually.
You can:
update a single or multiple projects, and all the items in them, using the Actions menu.
update one or more selected items in a single or multiple projects, using the Actions menu.
