Removing a single translation project from the queue

Once a translation project has been sent for translation directly, you cannot cancel it. You can only remove translation projects from the Translation queue, and their XTM Status must be Cancelled. (You can use the Actions menu to cancel projects.)

There are two ways to remove a single translation project in the Translation queue screen:

  • Use the context menu icon for the project, in the project line. If you do so, you can only remove one project at a time.

  • Use the Actions menu. If you do so, you can remove one or more projects at a time.

To remove a single translation project via the context menu:
  1. Select the translation project. To do so, select the checkbox to the left of its name.

  2. Select the context menu for the project. This icon is located on the far right of the screen, in the project line. It contains three dots.

  3. Select Remove project. A Remove popup is displayed and you are prompted to remove the project.

  4. In the Remove popup:

    • To confirm that you want to remove the project from the Translation queue, select Remove items.

      Result: The project is removed from the queue. The project remains in the list in the XTM Cloud Project tab screen, so that it can be tracked, but has the status Cancelled.

      Select Close to close the popup.

    • If you do not want to remove the project from the Translation queue., select Cancel. The popup closes.
