Removing items in a single translation project from the queue

You can only remove items in translation projects whose XTM Status is Cancelled from the Translation queue.

To remove specific project items (translation files) from a project via the context menu:
  1. Select the translation project. To do so, select the checkbox to the left of its name.

  2. Select the context menu for the project. This icon is located on the far right of the screen, in the project line. It contains three dots.

  3. Select Remove item. A Remove item popup is displayed. In it, you specify which items (target language-specific translation files) are to be removed from the project.

  4. If required, set the target language for which you want to remove translation files: by default, all target language-specific translation files are removed from the project, if you select the Remove item option.

    Use the Target language dropdown to select specific target languages, to restrict translation file removal to those languages. The items listed are then filtered. Only the translation files with the target languages you have selected are displayed.

  5. If you do not want to remove all translation files with the selected target language from the project, select the checkbox next to each item (translation file) that you want to remove.

  6. To confirm that you want to remove the selected item or items from the Translation queue, select Save.

    Result: a screen message confirms that you have removed the item(s).

    Alternatively, if you do not want to remove the item(s), select Cancel. The popup closes.

Note

Removing all items from one language will remove this target language from the XTM Cloud project and in Sitecore: it removes the language version created when the content was sent for translation.
