Selecting sub-items for translation
When you create a new translation project, you can to specify which of the sub-items in the source content you have selected should be sent for translation, either directly or via the Translation queue.
Select the Select subitems icon. The Filter subitems popup is displayed. In it, you can select the specific project sub-items that you want to send for translation.
In the popup, you can do the following:
Expand a line in the list, to display the sub-items it contains. To do, so, select the white checkbox to the left of the line. It contains a plus sign when the list line is unexpanded. When you select it, the checkbox contents change to a minus sign. The sub-items contained in that line are displayed.
Add a line in the list, or one or all of the sub-items it contains, to the project that you are creating. To do so, select the green checkbox to the left of their name. Note: If you deselect a higher-level sub-item, its sub-items are also deselected.
Search for multiple sub-items, for inclusion, in the Search field. To do, so, enter part of the sub-item name you require, in the Search field. All the sub-item names present are filtered and the names that contain the text you have entered are displayed.
You can then select or deselect sub-items, as required.To do so, select the white checkbox to the left of the line they are in. It contains a minus sign when the list line is unexpanded.
To search by multiple (partial) sub-item names, enter them all in the Search field at the same time, but separate the texts you enter with a space.
Select Save.
Result: the sub-items you have selected are included in the project that you are creating, and will be sent for translation. The Filter subitems popup closes and you return to the Add content for translation popup.
