Sending a single project for translation

You can only send a translation project for translation if its XTM Status is New. It is only necessary to send a project for translation from the Translation queue if it has not been sent for translation manually in the Add translation popup, or scheduled for automatic sending, according to its project template.,

To send a single project for translation via the context menu:
  1. Select the context menu for the project. This icon is located on the far right of the screen, in the project line. It contains three dots.

  2. Select Send. A Send item(s) popup is displayed and you are prompted to send the project to XTM Cloud for translation.

  3. In the Send item(s) popup:

    • To confirm that you want to send the project to XTM Cloud from the Translation queue, select Send items.

      Result: The project remains in the Translation queue but its status changes to Sent. The project is added to the list in the XTM Cloud Project tab screen, so that it can be tracked, and has the status Sent there.

      Select Close to close the popup.

    • If you do not want to remove the project from the Translation queue., select Cancel. The popup closes.
