Changing due dates

You can change the set due date for:

By default, the previously selected due date is set. You can change this set date for projects that have already been sent to XTM Cloud as well as for projects that are waiting to be sent to XTM Cloud, in the Translation queue.

To change a project due date:
  1. Select the context menu for the project (three dots icon) on the right of the screen.

  2. Select the Change due date option.

  3. In the Change due date popup, use the date chooser Calendar icon to select a new date.

  4. Select Save. The Change due date popup closes and you return to the Translation queue.

To change the due date for one or more jobs:
  1. Select the down arrow to the left of the project in which you want to change the due date for one or more jobs. The project opens and the jobs in it are listed.

  2. Select the context menu for each job (three dots icon) on the right of the screen. As you can set each job due date individually, this enables you to set different due dates for different jobs within the same project.

  3. Select the Change due date option.

  4. In the Change due date popup, use the date chooser Calendar icon to select a new date.

  5. Select Save, The Change due date popup closes and you return to the Translation queue.
