7 Add to queue default filter section

In this section, you configure the Add to queue default filter. This filter is used to select relevant translation content and add it to the Translation queue in XTM Connect – Sitecore. When you configure XTM Connect – Sitecore, in Sitecore, this section follows the XTM Assets Export Settings section in the Content Editor Settings window.

Show all subitems checkbox

To show all sub-items in a project, in the content tree in Sitecore, select this checkbox.

Include related content (components) and linked content in the source file of the main item checkbox

Select this checkbox if required.

Hierarchy level for subitems

To set a hierarchy level for sub-items, enter a value in this field. Example: if you enter "3", the top level and the next two levels down will be displayed.

Hierarchy level for related content (components)

To set a hierarchy level for related content (components), enter a value in this field. Example: if you enter "2", the top level and the next one down will be displayed.

Hierarchy level for items linked across databases

To set a hierarchy level for items linked across databases, enter a value in this field. Example: if you enter "2", the top level and the next one down will be displayed.

Include components and its subitems

Select this checkbox if required. If you do not, component sub-items will not be sent for translation.

Include items linked across databases

Select this checkbox if required. If you do not, content that is linked across databases will not be sent for translation.

Include components and linked items only on the first main item occurrence

Select this checkbox to send linked items for translation only once, the first time that the main item occurs.
