5 Login details section
In this section, you enter the login details with which the XTM Connect – Sitecore User logs in to XTM Connect – Sitecore. This User must have the XtmAdmin role assigned to them. When you configure XTM Connect – Sitecore, in Sitecore, this section follows the Workflow settings for imported translated content section in the Content Editor Settings window.

XTM client | Specify the name that the User must enter in the Company name field on the XTM Cloud login page. |
XTM user ID | Specify the name that the User must enter in the User ID field on the XTM Cloud login page. We recommend that you create a new user in XTM Cloud, specifically for XTM Connect – Sitecore, to distinguish between XTM Connect – Sitecore activity and human actions. In XTM Cloud, you can check the user ID by selecting its info tooltip in the User list. NoteThe XTM Connect user must have the Project Manager role. |
XTM password | Specify the name that the User who is identified by the XTM user ID above must enter in the Password field on the XTM Cloud login page. This is the standard password that the user enters to log in to XTM Cloud. |
XTM customer ID | Enter the XTM Cloud Customer ID for the organization that has implemented XTM Connect – Sitecore in its Sitecore system. The "customer" mentioned in this field name is the Customer for which XTM Cloud projects will be created. You can find out the organization's XTM Cloud Customer ID by selecting Customers > Customer list and then hovering over the information tooltip for the Customer, on the right, in the list. NoteThe Customer ID is linked to XTM Cloud templates. If you fetch active XTM Cloud templates and populate the XTM template dropdown list, only global templates and templates assigned to this XTM Cloud Customer will be selected and imported. |
