Changing or resetting a password
If you want to change your password, or forget it, and need to reset it, follow these steps:
In the Sitecore Login screen, select Forgot your password?.
In the Reset password screen, enter your email address in the Email field.
Select Send email.
An email will be sent to your email address from XTM Cloud, prompting you to reset your password. XTM Cloud will display a message on screen to tell you that the email has been sent.
In your email Inbox, open the email sent to you, prompting you to reset your password.
In the email, select the Reset password button. You see the Change password screen in XTM Connect – Sitecore.
Enter your New password.
In the Confirm new password field, enter your new password again.
Save your new password.
Select Log in to log in to XTM Connect – Sitecore.
