3 Workflow settings for content in translation section
In this section, you can choose which workflow step to assign to content in translation in XTM Cloud. When you configure XTM Connect – Sitecore, in Sitecore, this section follows the Sitecore settings section in the Content Editor Settings window.

Use the workflow state from the workflow marked as in "In translation" in the XTM Connector node checkbox | Select this checkbox if required. NoteThis setting takes precedence over the next one: if you select both, this setting will be applied. To check which workflow state has been assigned to the In translation workflow:

Use initial state from existing workflow checkbox | This setting is an alternative to the previous one. Select this checkbox if required. |
Workflow step for content in translation | If required, select an appropriate workflow step for content that is in translation, from the dropdown. We recommend "In translation", but you can, for example, select a different workflow step if required in your company. |
Workflow Action Project Name | This field contains the project name used when adding items for translation from the XTM translation workflow action. Enter it here, if required. For more information, see Creating a custom action for a workflow state. |
