Checking your XTM Connect – Sitecore version number

To contact XTM International's Support Team about any queries related to your instance of XTM Connect – Sitecore, visit our Support Portal. You will be asked for your XTM Connect – Sitecore version number.

Note

You will also be asked to tell XTM International's Support Team your Sitecore version number. For details of how to find it out, see Checking your Sitecore version number.

There are two ways to find out your XTM Connect – Sitecore version number:

Viewing the XTM Connect – Sitecore version number in the Add content to queue popup:
  1. In the main Sitecore Experience Management screen, select the XTM button.

  2. In the XTM screen, select the Add to queue button. The Add content to queue popup is displayed.

  3. The version number is displayed in the Add content to queue popup title bar.

  4. Note the version number that is displayed.

Viewing the XTM Connect – Sitecore version number in the Translation queue popup:
  1. In the main Sitecore Experience Management screen, select the XTM button.

  2. In the XTM screen, select the View translation queue button. The Translation queue popup is displayed.

  3. The version number is displayed in the Translation queue popup title bar.

  4. Note the version number that is displayed.

Tip

You can mark the version number in the Add content to queue or Translation queue popup title bar and copy it to the Clipboard on your local computer. You can then, for example, paste it into a file, insert it in a Support Ticket on our Support Portal or send it to another recipient such as your own company Support Team.
