Customers

In XTM, the Customer is used to contain TM and terminology. Add a Customer so that you can start creating projects.

  • Language combinations: Once you have added a customer, add or import language combinations.

  • Estimate factors: set the factors that are used to automatically calculate the cost and duration estimates for the customer

  • Create a dummy customer You can create a TM and term-only customer to act as a dummy customer for importing historic TM and terminology. You will not be able to create projects for this type of customer, but you will be able to apply this TM and terminology to projects created for other customers.

You can sort the Customer list by clicking on any of the column headers.

In this section:

A database that stores previously translated sentences which can then be reused, in full or in part, on a sentence-by-sentence basis. The database matches source to target language pairs.
