Changing chat status
To change chat status in the Query management popup:
  1. In the right-hand corner of the top navigation bar, select the XTM Chat icon Chats_brand_refreshed.svg.

  2. Go to the bottom of the dropdown list.

  3. Select the arrow-up-right-from-square-regular.svg Access Query management to see more chats button.

    Result:

    The Query management popup is displayed.

  4. If needed, use the available filter parameters and sorting options to find the required chat.

  5. Select the context menu icon elipsis.svg next to the selected chat.

  6. From the dropdown list, select Change status.

    Result:

    The Change status popup is displayed.

  7. In the Change status popup, select a new value for the Status parameter:

    • Open

    • In progress

    • Closed

    • Pending feedback (Linguist)

    • Pending feedback (PM)

    • Cancelled

    • No status

  8. In the Change status popup, select:

    • Save to save the new value for the Status parameter

    • Cancel to cancel your changes

  9. Click xmark-light.svg or the Close button to close the Query management popup.
