Project Details
To display the Project details screen of a project, select a project from the project listing.
In the Project details screen, you can:
start a project
start a workflow
finish a project
finish a workflow
The
screen contains the following tabs:General

Workflow
The workflow tab shows the list of target languages together with each language's current active workflow step. Additionally, you can see the information about the current workflow status.
Select a language to expand its workflow and assignments. The green bar below each language represents the translation progress. If an assignment is missing, you can either select a linguist for that workflow step or use a template to fill in the missing assignments for all workflow steps in the language, or overwrite the existing assignments.
To assign or change the due date for a specific workflow step, tap the Edit workflow step and confirm.
Assign linguists
Ensure that linguists have been assigned to the first workflow step in each language and select the Start workflow button to start project workflows.
Active workflow steps are marked by a green clock icon and Started status.
You change assignments to the active workflow steps:
close single workflow steps or the entire workflow
move between steps (close, open new, or reopen previous one)
Select workflow step using a long-press gesture.
Move to the required workflow step.
Metrics
Metrics provide information about the project such as:
the number of segments
words
characters
the percentage of words or characters already translated or to be translated
To download the metrics, select the Downloads project metrics button. After tapping it, you can decide whether to download:
the initial metrics
the current metrics
The file will be downloaded in an Excel file.
Costs
The Costs tab provides information about the estimated costs of a project. It is the value calculated in XTM Cloud on the project’s Estimates tab, in the Costs section. Similar to the browser-based version of XTM Cloud, costs are stored in separate records, per linguist. You can expand the display for a record, to see its details. They are divided per linguist and displayed in your default currency. To convert costs into other currencies, select the convert currency icon.

Sending a Purchase Order from XTM Mobile
Project Managers can send an email with purchase orders directly from the XTM Cloud. You can send a purchase order to a linguist and to your own email account.
In the Costs tab, select how to generate costs.
Assign the user.
In the Costs tab, go to the PURCHASE ORDER tab.
Select Generate Custom PO.
Select Send PO.
An email containing the PO is sent to the user.
Files
In the Files tab, Project Managers can generate and download:
Preview
Target
Offline translation
Files are generated in a ZIP file.
Project Managers can also update the source files for the existing project.
