Finding a project in the Translation queue

To find a translation project, you can search for it via its project ID in the XTM Connect – Sitecore Translation queue screen.

To search for a project ID:

  1. In the XTM Connect – Sitecore Translation queue screen, select the Search field at the top of the screen, on the right.

  2. In the Search field, enter the project ID for the project that you want to find.

  3. As soon as you enter a string of characters in the Search field, the list currently displayed in the screen is filtered. Only projects with the name that you have entered are displayed, as a search result. You do not, for example, have to select the magnifying glass icon in the Search field to trigger filtering.

Note

The filtering function in the Search field has these features:

  • The search is based on the project name, shown in the Name column, which is alphanumerical.

  • It can finds all projects whose name begins the same way, if you enter the first few characters of the name.

    Alternatively, enter the exact project name for the project you want to find.
