Displaying translation project and file details

You can see the following details for a project in the Translation queue screen, at all times:

  • The project Name.

  • The project Source language.

  • The project Target languages.

  • The Requester who created the project.

  • The Date added, on which the project was created.

  • The Due date, on which the project is due.

  • The project's current Workflow step.

  • The project's Status in XTM Workbench.

  • The project's Progress (shown as a percentage value).

  • A colored information icon (containing an "i" for "information"), which you can hover over to see the project's ID. The project cost is also displayed, below the project ID, if this display is enabled in the Sitecore administrator settings. The project cost is estimated on the basis of the customer-specific estimated factors in XTM Cloud.

To display more detailed information about a project and the files in it:

  1. In the Translation queue screen, select the project's name, in the Name column. The files contained in the project are displayed below it, sorted by Name, Source language and then Target languages. (A file can be translated into multiple languages, if required, so there can be multiple target languages here.)

  2. Select a file's name, in the Name column, to see its details. For each file in the project, you can now see these details:

    • The file's current XTM workflow step. This can, among other things, be Preprocessing, which is described in more detail here.

    • The file's current progress. This value (in percent) shows how much of the file content has been translated.

  3. To cancel display of the files, with their details and statuses, select the project name again in the Name column.

    Result: The display is shrunk to the project name, with its details and statuses, again.
