Sorting in Administrator tab screens

In the XTM Connect – Microsoft SharePoint Drive Administrator tab screens, you can sort the listed connection profiles or project event messages. Sorting does not change any content or the priorities of the entries in lists you see.

To sort the entries in a particular list:

  1. In the Administrator screen, select the tab screen in which you want to sort the entries:

    • Connection profiles or

    • Event Log

  2. You see different column headings in each tab screen. By default, the entries in every column are initially sorted in descending order. To sort the entries in a column, click on the column heading:

    • click once to sort in ascending order (the arrow by the column heading points up, to indicate sorting in ascending order)

    • click once more to sort in descending order (the arrow by the column heading points down, to indicate sorting in descending order)
