Limiting list lengths in Administrator tab screens

In the XTM Connect – Microsoft SharePoint Drive Administrator tab screens, you can limit the number of connection profiles or project event messages displayed.

To limit the number of items displayed in a particular list:

  1. In the Administrator screen, select the tab screens in which you want to limit the number of items displayed:

    • Connection profiles or

    • Event Log

  2. In the Show entries field at the top or bottom of the screen, on the left, specify how many list items are to be displayed. To do so, select a value from the dropdown. Example: 20.

    XTM Connect – Microsoft SharePoint Drive displays the number of list items you have selected, and also shows how many list items there are in total, in that tab screen.

Note

Limiting the number of items displayed does not change any content or the priorities of the entries in lists you see.
