Changing or resetting a password

If you want to change your password, or forget it, and need to reset it, follow these steps:

  1. In the XTM Connect – Microsoft SharePoint Drive Login to administrator panel screen, select Forgot my password.

  2. In the Reset password screen, enter your email address in the Email field.

  3. Select Send email.

    An email will be sent to your email address from XTM Connect – Microsoft SharePoint Drive, prompting you to reset your password. In XTM Connect – Microsoft SharePoint Drive a message on screen tells you that the email has been sent.

  4. In your email Inbox, open the email sent to you, prompting you to reset your password.

  5. In the email, select the Link button. You see the Change password screen in XTM Connect – Microsoft SharePoint Drive.

  6. Enter your New password.

  7. In the Confirm new password field, enter your new password again.

  8. Save your new password.

  9. Select Log in to log in to XTM Connect – Microsoft SharePoint Drive.
