XTM Connect – Bridge 13.5 Administrator Guide

Installation

XTM Connect – Bridge is installed on a server, and configured, by XTM Support. You cannot configure XTM Connect – Bridge by entering a CMS (Content Management System), a plugin or an Administrator panel. All you need to do is provide the necessary configuration data to XTM Support.

To arrange for any XTM Connect – Bridge variant (XTM Connect – Bridge for Projects, XTM Connect – Bridge for Terminology or XTM Connect – Bridge for Translation Memory) to be installed for you, and then configured and integrated with your CMS, contact XTM Support.

The only way to arrange installation and configuration is to send a request to the XTM Support Portal, details below. On the main Support Portal screen:

  1. Select the Connectors Support tile.

  2. In the Connectors Support popup, select the XTM Bridge option. You see a list of possible actions.

  3. Select the required form to request installation or configuration of XTM Connect – Bridge.

    Note

    XTM Support recommends that we install and configure your instance of XTM Bridge at the same time. If required, XTM Bridge can be installed without a configuration file.

  4. Complete the form and await feedback from XTM Support about the next steps.
