Synchronization and project creation settings in XTM Cloud
In XTM Cloud, configure the following synchronization and project creation settings:
Synchronization | Description |

Frequency of synchronization with Jira | Buckets will automatically collect files for translation, in Jira, as scheduled, so there is no need for frequent synchronization between XTM Connect – Jira and Jira. We advise that you do not set the frequency to more often than every 5 minutes. |
Project creation schedule | Projects are created in XTM Cloud on the basis of a customizable schedule. You can choose multiple times and days of the week on which new projects will be created in XTM Cloud, based on the files found after synchronization with Jira. |
