Filtering content items (Sources tab screen)

In the Sources tab screen, you can restrict the number of content items displayed in the list, to find the ones that are relevant to you. You can then perform actions on those content items, as required. For details, see Sources tab screen actions. You select filter criteria using one or more of the dropdowns at the top of the screen, under the Choose source button. They are all optional: you do not have to make a setting in one of them unless you require it.

To filter the content items listed in the Sources tab screen:
  1. Using the Choose source dropdown, specify that content items of a specific source type are to be selected.

  2. If required, restrict the display to one or a few related content items by entering an entire content item name, or part of one, in the Title field. Example: if you enter "cont" in the Title field, items with the word "content" or "container" or "continuous" are displayed.

  3. Using the Source language dropdown, specify that content items with a specific source language are to be displayed. The languages displayed are Drupal system languages, set in the configuration for your Drupal website. Select one of these settings (for example):

    • Any to display all content items, no matter what their source language is. (Default setting).

    • A Drupal system language displayed in the dropdown list.

  4. Using the Content type dropdown, specify that content items of a specific content type are to be displayed. These content types are set in the configuration for your Drupal website and might differ from the content types shown below. Select (for example):

    • Any to display all content items, no matter what their content type is. (Default setting).

    • Article to only display content items that are articles.

    • Body to only display content items that are body text items.

    • Basic page to only display content items that are basic pages.

  5. Using the Target Language dropdown, specify that job items in a specific target language are to be displayed. The languages displayed are Drupal system languages, set in the configuration for your Drupal website. Select (for example):

    • Any to display all content items, no matter what their target language is. (Default setting).

    • A Drupal system language displayed in the dropdown list.

  6. When you have set the filter criteria you require, select the Search button to the right of the Title filter field and filter dropdowns. The content items list is filtered and only content items that are relevant to you are displayed.

    Note

You can change the filter settings at any time. To cancel them all and return the filters to their original settings, select the Cancel button, which is displayed to the right of the Filter button when you select it.
