Deleting an entire translation job

You can delete an entire individual translation job, if required. You do so in the Job overview screen, in the Jobs tab. You can also delete a single job item within a job, if required.

Note

You can delete any translation job, no matter what its status is.

You cannot delete multiple translation jobs, or all translation jobs, at the same time.

To delete an entire individual translation job:
  1. In the Job overview screen, in the Jobs tab, find the translation job that you want to delete. If a large number of translation jobs are listed in the Job overview screen, you can filter them to find the one that is relevant to you. On the right of the screen, you see the OPERATIONS column.

  2. In the OPERATIONS column, at the end of the line that contains the translation job's details, on the right, select the action button. (Depending on the translation job's status, the button label might initially be Manage or Submit.)

  3. In either case, select the down arrow next to the action button label. You see the Delete option.

  4. Select the Delete option in the line that contains the job that you want to delete.

  5. A separate screen is displayed in which you are prompted to confirm that you want to delete the selected translation job. If you do so, this action cannot be undone.

    • To delete the selected job, select the Delete button. You return to the Job overview screen. A screen message confirms that you have deleted the job and it is no longer displayed in the Job overview list.

    • To cancel deletion, select the Cancel button. You return to the Job overview screen. There is no screen message or other notification to confirm that you have not deleted the job, but it is still displayed in the Job overview list, with the same status (in the PROGRESS column) as before.
