Mapping XTM Cloud project custom fields to Jira custom fields
This task is performed by XTM International Support, not XTM users.
To integrate Jira with XTM Connect – Jira, custom fields containing settings and data in Jira need to be mapped in XTM Connect – Jira.
Their contents are then transferred to XTM Connect – Jira, and applied there, when translation projects are transferred during synchronization.
To enable XTM International Support to map XTM Cloud project custom fields to Jira custom fields, XTM International Support must create these XTM Cloud project custom fields, in XTM Cloud, together with their selectable values. These selectable values must match the values set for their associated Jira custom field.
