Use the Vendor Workload view while selecting vendors
To switch to the Vendor Workload view when selecting a vendor for a job or for sending job offers, click the 
icon in the top right-hand corner of the Select Vendor popup window.
For jobs with defined dates, you will see an orange box with the job in question and an orange frame marking the job’s dates.
