Smart quote page
On the smart quote page, you can check, change, and add the details about the service you are offering to the client. You can also add extra information to make the quote more specific.
At the top of the page, you will see the quote’s ID and name.
To change the quote’s name, click on it and enter a new name.
You cannot change the quote’s ID but you can change the way the quotes are numbered in XTRF by editing the Quote numbering scheme in the
Configuration menu > Templates > Numbering Schemes. For details, see the Add a numbering scheme guide.To delete or archive the quote, click the
icon.
You can change the name only for quotes with the Pending status.
