Client Feedback tab
In this tab, you can review and manage feedback reports: client complaints, client approvals, or internal non-conformities.
You can select another view or create a new one by clicking on the View dropdown list. For details, see the Smart views article.
Click the Export button to download the list of feedback reports as a CSV file.
Use the filters above the list to narrow it down.
Click the icon to preview, download, or print the report in PDF format.
To open the selected feedback report, click on its name in the table.
To open the report in edit mode, click the icon in the right-handcolumn.
To delete the report, select the checkbox in the left-hand column and click the Delete button in the top right-hand corner.
Although feedback reports cannot be created in the Client Feedback tab, you can open a report there and:
add or edit the report details.
change the report status to Resolved or back to Open.
add information about measures taken.
