Client Feedback tab

In this tab, you can review and manage feedback reports: client complaints, client approvals, or internal non-conformities.

You can select another view or create a new one by clicking on the View dropdown list. For details, see the Smart views article.

  • Click the Export button to download the list of feedback reports as a CSV file.

  • Use the filters above the list to narrow it down.

  • Click the pdf.png icon to preview, download, or print the report in PDF format.

  • To open the selected feedback report, click on its name in the table.

  • To open the report in edit mode, click the Edit.png icon in the right-handcolumn.

  • To delete the report, select the checkbox in the left-hand column and click the Delete button in the top right-hand corner.

Although feedback reports cannot be created in the Client Feedback tab, you can open a report there and:

  • add or edit the report details.

  • change the report status to Resolved or back to Open.

  • add information about measures taken.
