E-mail Line
In this section, you can check if there have been any issues with sending e-mails from the Home Portal and manage the unsent e-mails.
Edit the view or create a new one in the View dropdown menu. For details, see the Classic views article.
To delete the selected e-mail, click the icon next to it.
Select one or several checkboxes in the left-hand column and click the icon in the header to open a dropdown menu of available actions:
Select or deselect all e-mails.
Force Resend the unsent e-mails.
Pause Line to put all e-mails on hold.
Delete the selected e-mails.
The queue should mostly stay empty unless there is an issue with your SMTP service.
