Reports Module display
When you click the Reports module, you get the list of the reports available for you:

The Report name gives you a hint of what kind of data is gathered in the report.
Click the
icon to see the data table preview.
Click the
icon to open the report chart preview.
Click the Show full report button to check the rest of the report.
Click the Download CSV button to export the data in the
CSV
file.
If your organization structure is more complex and consists of more than one office, you can generate the reports for a given office or produce a summary report for all offices. If you are using multiple offices within the Client Portal, the Office label indicates from which office the data is used to generate this report. If you want to get the report for other offices, select the proper option from the dropdown menu:
If you want to generate the report for another office, click the office name and select the new one from the dropdown menu.
If you want to generate the report from all offices, select the All Offices option from the dropdown menu.
