Viewing chat details
You can view chat details in the Query management popup.
In the right corner of the top navigation bar, click the XTM Chat icon
.
Go to the bottom of the dropdown list.
Select the
Access Query management to see more chats button.
As a result:
The Query management popup will appear.
If needed, use available filter parameters and sorting options to find a required chat.
Click on the context menu icon
next to the selected chat.
From the dropdown list select View details.
As a result:
A Chat details popup appears, displaying following chat details:
Project name
File name - if the chat is referring to the entire project, not a particular file, the en dash
will be displayed
Language
Reference - if the chat is referring to the entire project, not a particular file, the en dash
will be displayed
Segment - if the chat is referring to the entire project, not a particular file, the en dash
will be displayed
Priority - if the Project Manager created a chat for the entire project from the Project list, the en dash
will be displayed until a user sets chat priority on the Query management popup
Status - if Project Manager created the chat from the Project list, the en dash
will be displayed until a user sets chat status on the Query management popup
Date created
Chat ID
Customer
Participants
Segment text - if the chat is referring to the entire project, not a particular file, the en dash
will be displayed
In the Chat details popup click:
Open chat box to open the chat window
Close to close the Chat details popup
Click
or the Close button to close the Query management popup.
