Opening a chat box from XTM Workbench
Note
In XTM Workbench you can only see chats created for each segments. You can access chats created for the entire project from the Project list or the Tasks list.
To open a chat box from XTM Workbench:
Open the file in XTM Workbench.
Select the segment for which you want to view a chat.
In the
Chats tab in the docked panel, you will see all chats created for the selected segment.Select the chat that you want to display by clicking on the link visible in the Chat ID column.
As instructed by the message visible in the bottom right corner of the screen, go to the flashing browser tab.
As a result:
A chat box will appear at the bottom of the last opened XTM Cloud page.
