Opening a chat box from XTM Cloud top navigation bar
The XTM Chat icon is located in the right corner of the top navigation bar. You will see an icon indicating the number of unread chats, as well as a red dot icon on the right-hand side of any unread chats. For example
means you have some unread messages in 10 different chats.
In XTM Cloud you can open a chat box from the:
chat dropdown list — you can use it for a quick access to new messages in a recent chat
Query management popup — you can use it to display all chats available to you
