Managing chats from the Query management popup
In the right corner of the top navigation bar, click the XTM Chat icon
.
Go to the bottom of the dropdown list.
Select the
Access Query management to see more chats button.
As a result:
The Query management popup will appear.
In the top section of the Query management popup, you will find filter parameters that will help you search for chats.
In the bottom section of the Query management popup, you will find the table with the following information on all chats that you have access to:
Project name
File name - if the chat is referring to the entire project, not a particular file segment, the en dash
will be displayed
Language - if the chat is referring to the entire project, not a particular target language, the en dash
will be displayed
Reference - if the chat is referring to the entire project, not a particular file segment, the en dash
will be displayed
Segment - if the chat is referring to the entire project, not a particular file segment, the en dash
will be displayed
Segment text - if the chat is referring to the entire project, not a particular file segment, the en dash
will be displayed
Priority - if the Project Manager created the chat for the entire project from the Project list, the en dash
will be displayed until a user sets chat priority on the Query management popup
Status - if Project Manager created the chat for the entire project from the Project list, the en dash
will be displayed until a user sets chat status on the Query management popup
Date created
You can sort all columns, except for the Language column, in the:
Ascending order
Descending order
In the bottom left corner of the popup you can set the number of table entries that will be displayed on one page:

In the bottom right corner of the popup you will see the number of pages with entries.
