Editing Customers

To edit a customer's record
  1. Select the Customers tab you see a list of all the active customers in the system.

  2. Select the customer name in the list. Clicking on the context-menu icon bars-solid.png in the first column brings up a context-sensitive menu. You can edit:

    1. Customer details.

    2. Customer estimate factors.

    3. Subject matter factors.

    4. Language combinations.

    5. Translation settings.

Deactivating a Customer
  1. Select the Customers tab you see a list of all the active customers in the system.

  2. Select the context-menu icon bars-solid.png next to the customer's name. Select Deactivate.

Deactivating a customer allows you to restore the customer at a later date from the Inactive Customer list.

Deleting a Customer

Caution

Deleted Customer cannot be restored.

  1. Select the Customers tab you see a list of all the active customers in the system.

  2. Select the context-menu icon bars-solid.png next to the customer's name. Select Delete.

Accessing TM for a Customer
  1. Select the Customers tab you see a list of all the active customers in the system.

  2. Select the context-menu icon bars-solid.png next to the customer's name. Select TM Manager.

Accessing Terminology for a Customer
  1. Select the Customers tab you see a list of all the active customers in the system.

  2. Select the context-menu icon bars-solid.png next to the customer's name. Select Terminology.

Note

A Project watcher is a Project Manager who is not in charge of the project but wishes to receive all the emails relating to the project. You may include Customer PMs in the list if you want to cc them on the system emails.
