Changing chat status
In the right corner of the top navigation bar, click the XTM Chat icon
.
Go to the bottom of the dropdown list.
Select the
Access Query management to see more chats button.
As a result:
The Query management popup will appear.
If needed, use available filter parameters and sorting options to find the required chat.
Click on the context menu icon
next to the selected chat.
From the dropdown list select Change status.
As a result:
A Status popup appears.
In the Status popup, select a new value for the Status parameter:
Open
In progress
Closed
Pending feedback (Linguist)
Pending feedback (PM)
Cancelled
No status
In the Status popup click:
Save to save the new value for the Status parameter
Cancel to cancel your changes
Click
or the Close button to close the Query management popup.
