Adding a new tag group and the associated tags
  1. Go to Configuration > Data > Tags > Tags.

  2. Select the Add button.

  3. In the Create tag group popup:

    • in the Tag group section:

      • in the Tag group text field, enter the tag group name

      • for the All customers checkbox, select the required value:

        • selected (default) - this tag group will be available for all customers

        • cleared - select one or more customers from the left-hand side pane by clicking on the customer name to highlight it and selecting the blue arrow button chevron_right_blue.png. Alternatively, double-click on the customer name.

    • in the Tags section create individual tags:

      • in the Tag text field, enter the required tag

      • for each individual tag select for which customers it will be available:

        • All customers - this option is available only when All customers checkbox has been selected in the Tag group section

        • Specific customers - the list of available customers depends on the selection made in the Tag group section of the popup.

          Click on the customers names and use the blue arrow buttons chevron_right_blue.png and chevron_left_blue.png to either add or remove customers from the list in the right-hand pane. Alternatively, double-click on the customer name.

Note

XTM automatically replaces spaces with underscores.
