Activating TM penalty profile
The name of the deactivated TM penalty profile appear in italic on the list and a red dot icon 
is visible next to it in the Active column.
To activate a TM penalty profile:
Go to Configuration > Data > Tags > TM penalty profiles.
Select the context menu icon
in the first column of the table.From the dropdown list, select Activate.
As a result:
The name of the activated TM penalty profile will appear in plain text and a green check icon
will be visible next to it in the Active column.
