Defining TM overwrite settings for segments with a segment ID
Note
Segment IDs in XTM Workbench must be enabled!
Go to Configuration > Settings > Translation> Matches - general > Modify the existing TM record if the project segment with Segment ID has the same.

Select Save.
Hiding Weighted Word Count from the user interface
Go to Configuration > Settings > Translation > Metrics > General configuration.
Select Hide any Weighted Word Count related information in the UI.
Select Save.
The Weighted Word Count will not be disabled, only hidden from the user interface in:
Project listing
Tasks tab
Project editor > Workflow
Defining advanced status mapping for project XLIFF files used in the Offline Editor
Go to Configuration > Settings > Translation > Offline Editors.
In the XLIFF status mapping > Import, select the Import mapping enabled option.
Choose one of the following values for XTM segment status imported into XTM Workbench. It is possible to define a different status based on the XTM workflow step.
Completed
Incomplete
Draft
To be corrected
Select Save.
The statuses of segments inside XTM Workbench are set according to the import configuration. Users need to select the Use XLIFF segment status option.
In the Project Editor > Files, select the Target language. Go to Offline translation > Upload file 
> Upload XLIFF. In the Approve segment status for: select the Use XLIFF segment status.
Go to Configuration > Settings > Translation > Offline Editors.
In the XLIFF status mapping > Export mapping, select the Export mapping enabled option, then select the relevant XLIFF status:
Translated segments (Default = Translated)
Translated segments Completed across entire Workflow (Default = Signed-off)
Select Save.
Distinguish user comments from auto-generated comments in XTM Workbench
In the Comments docked panel in XTM Workbench, comments are marked with different icons depending on who has entered them.

| Corrector's tracked changes available for this segment: Corrector made changes and XTM Cloud automatically tracks them (auto-tracked changes) |
