Settings — Project: Time tracking

This section gives you the option to control who can record the time taken on each step and how it is recorded.

Enabling manual time tracking for

Choose who can record the time spent working in XTM Workbench

  1. Go to Configuration > Settings > Projects > Time tracking.

  2. Select Enable manual time tracking for.

  3. Select Save.

Automatic time tracking

Check to track time automatically

  1. Go to Configuration > Settings > Projects > Time tracking.

  2. Select Automatic time tracking.

  3. Select Save.

Enable rush job

Check to enable the use of rush job premiums

  1. Go to Configuration > Settings > Projects > Time tracking.

  2. Select Enable rush job.

  3. Select Save.

Warn linguists if time not entered

If the time field is blank when finishing a task, display a window to enter a value

  1. Go to Configuration > Settings > Projects > Time tracking.

  2. Select Warn linguists if time not entered.

  3. Select Save.

Synchronize time with subcontractors

Allows you to receive time records from a subcontractor or manually set time for step completion

  1. Go to Configuration > Settings > Projects > Time tracking.

  2. Select Synchronize time with subcontractors.

  3. Select Save.

Calculate punctuality rating

Check to enable punctuality tracking for projects with at least one due date set

  1. Go to Configuration > Settings > Projects > Time tracking.

  2. Select Calculate punctuality rating.

  3. Select Save.

Punctuality score average calculation method

Choose who can record the time spent working in XTM Workbench

  1. Go to Configuration > Settings > Projects > Time tracking.

  2. Select Punctuality score average calculation method.

  3. Select Save.
