Use the reporting tool for language tests
A project can have many review packs for many languages. The reporting tool helps the project manager to decide which languages can be released.
The project manager waits until all review packs have been completed and then runs the analysis.
In the project menu, select Settings > Review.
Select the required KPI profile.
In the project menu, select Review > Packs. An overview of all review packs is displayed.
Select the packs you want to run the analysis for.
Click the
icon. An overview per language will be displayed.
KPI analysis overview
The KPI analysis report provides an overview of all languages and shows whether it was approved.
Status symbols (
,
, and
)
The KPI can have the status passed () or failed (X). The approved column shows the status of a language:
Approved (
): KPI passed and all tasks completed.
Not approved (
): KPI fails, and the tasks can be open, in progress, or completed.
In-progress (
): KPI passed and at least one task is not completed.
The Approved and KPI columns can show different results. For example, the KPI can change from passed to failed while a task is in progress.
Click on a language. The details per issue sub-category will be displayed.
From the KPI analysis overview, it is possible to generate a report.
