Rigi authentication via application (legacy)
Older implementations of Rigi connectors require users to log in via the Rigi Authenticator App. This app will be launched for each action that requires a server login.
If the Rigi Authenticator is not installed, you will be prompted to install it. For details, see the Install the Rigi Authenticator App section below.
When authentication via the app is required, a message informs you that login has started:

After a couple of seconds, the login dialog is displayed:

Enter your credentials, then log in to Rigi.
The system will store your credentials so that you do not need to log in using them each time.
If the Rigi Authenticator application is required but is not yet installed, the following dialog will be displayed:

You can also download the Rigi authenticator via this download link.
Click Download Rigi Authenticator.
Click Download.
Run the installer.
Click Finish.
If you cannot log in, try the following:
Open your local application data folder in Windows Explorer:
Delete the folder that contains the application that you try to log in to.
Try logging in again. You should be successful.
