Project settings – Review
To access this section, in the project menu, select Settings > Review.

Here you can configure settings for language acceptance tests.
Setting | Description |
---|---|
QA profile | Select a profile that specifies the error severity types and error categories for which reviewers are permitted to enter feedback, comments, and suggestions. For details, see the Manage quality profiles section. The QA profile can be specified per a review pack. |
KPI profile | Select a profile that specifies the Key Performance Indicator thresholds that will raise an alert when the number of quality issues with a particular priority is exceeded. For details, see the Manage KPI profiles section. |
State transition profile | Select a profile that specifies the new state of a string after a language tester approves a page during a language acceptance test. For details, see the Manage state transition profiles section. |
Issues export format | Select the default format for exporting issues: XLSX or CSV. For more information, see the Export issues to Excel guide. |
Allow reviewers to reopen review tasks | Switch this toggle off if language testers are not permitted to reopen a task once it has been completed. By default, this setting is taken from the server settings. For details, see the Configure general review settings guide. |
Send email notifications to reviewers | Switch this toggle off to prevent language testers from receiving emails for new and closed tasks. This can be useful, for example, when an external Quality Management Tool such as Globalreview from Kaleidoscope takes care of sending emails to reviewers. By default, this setting is copied from the server settings. For details, see the guide. If you switch off the sending of emails, the Additional text in sign-up emails field is displayed. In it, you can enter a custom message for language testers. |
